Our Menopause Skincare Range contains a Cleansing Wash, Light Moisturiser and Rich Moisturiser. With regular use these products can help keep your skin healthy, happy and blemish free during perimenopause and menopause. The optional Peppermint Essential Oil helps relieve hot flushes. 

We have created a natural organic skincare routine designed to target the plethora of skin changes that can occur during perimenopause and menopause in a simple AM/PM routine.

Organic Patchouli Light Moisturiser Cream:
This light moisturiser contains ingredients that have been specially selected to relieve skin conditions in the gentlest, most effective way. Ideal base layer for makeup as it sinks into your skin's lower levels leaving no oiliness on the surface. Wonderful organic ingredients such as Essential Oils, Coconut Oil, Aloe Vera, Shea butter, Cocoa butter and Rosehip Oil are used not only for their extraordinary healing and rejuvenating qualities but because they can maintain happy, healthy, vibrant skin.

Rose Geranium Rich Moisturiser Cream:
Deeply nourishing to combat skin dryness. This night cream contains ingredients that have been specially selected to relieve dry skin conditions in the gentlest, most effective way. Wonderful organic Essential Oils, Coconut Oil, Aloe Vera, Shea butter, Cocoa butter, Rosehip and Starflower Oil sink into the layers of your skin deeply nourishing, healing and rejuvenating. A thin, non-greasy layer is left on the surface to keep moisture in, resulting in hydrated naturally soft healthy skin. If you have very dry skin this moisturiser can also be used in the day time.

Suffering with hot flashes?

Peppermint oil can reduce your discomfort when experiencing hot flashes. Add no more than two drops to a tissue. Hold the tissue up to your nose while breathing deeply and slowly.

This oil may also help relieve any cramping you may experience during this time. Although not common once menstruation has ended, it’s typical to experience menstruation-related cramping (dysmenorrhea) during perimenopause.

There is an option to add a 10ml bottle of our Organic Peppermint Oil to your menopause pack.

All our products are made with the optimum amount of essential oil. Artificial fragrances may cause skin irritation so we use natural organic essential oils instead. They have beautiful natural aromas and many other health benefits.
